Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customised using an application that is specifically designed for. You can save your home's maps as well as set up cleaning schedules and select the mopping mode you prefer. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine-tune the amount of water and scrubbing action your mop uses.

A mapping feature aids your robot navigate rooms, while an obstacle avoidance function will stop it from hitting furniture, wires or stray pet toys. These features are crucial in my home that is filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the top-of-the-line vacuum and mop, is loaded with features. It can sweep and mop in one session and even raise its mop pads and brushes to stop soft surfaces from getting too wet. It can also see and avoid obstacles, thanks to the ability to identify pets, plants and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals which is more than any other robot vac we've tested. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation that tracks its location, preventing it becoming stuck on objects.

Mopping capabilities are also impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply a constant pressure of 6 Newtons to the mop pad for deep cleaning. It also has an automatic mop lifting system, which lifts the pad when it transitions from laminate to tile, hardwood to carpet and rugs to avoid getting soaked by these soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self drying features. The pad can be rinsed and then dried with the dock and the dust container is automatically empty and returned to it. This means that you can leave it in place and forget it, only needing to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop- and vac-settings for approximately 160 minutes before it began to run out of power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't too far from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims, and is on the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a comprehensive, reliable product. The only drawback is that it's expensive. The number of features makes it a great choice for anyone who is looking to replace their old stick vacuums and mops. If you are able to justify the hefty price tag, we highly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a high-end mop and robot vacuum. The high price is justified by the robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capability and two gyrating mop heads. It also includes a smart, app-enabled controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop sets available at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed very well across the entire home. It removed 98.4 percent of the debris on any type of floor and managed to lift long hair without tangling. The mops also performed well with excellent cleaning results with less effort than mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement and a strong dose cleaning solution.

The docking station is the main selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and modern. The docking station empties the trash bin into a bag for dirt, refills the tank with water to use for mopping, and even dry your mop pads. It has a real-time hazards detection system, and its intelligent controls let you schedule regular cleaning sessions.

The L10S Ultra does not offer better performance for removing carpet debris in comparison to the other hybrid vacuum mop I tried. The mops in the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing tough stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

In spite of the L10S Ultra's high-end features, it still requires regular care and maintenance. To prevent mildew or unpleasant smells, the base station dustbag, water, and tanks need to be cleaned and emptied regularly. They also need to be dried. It is also important to remember that the mop pads which are bought separately are required to be replaced on a regular basis too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. For those who are on a budget, I suggest an easier model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying clean hands at home. Even if the L10S Ultra was the best robot mop and vacuum you could find, its high price and ongoing maintenance will make it seem more a want than need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot vacuum and mop that will clean up dust and dirt on your floors while taking care of wet mess you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful mop and robot vacuum combo comes with an impressive suction power of 8,000 Pa and a huge battery capacity for mopping and vacuuming, and top-notch obstacle-avoiding. It has a mop with a roller that cleans itself and makes it stand out from models that require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is a departure from the spinning discs and microfibre pads found in other robots. The roller is almost entire width of the robot and is continuously filled with clean, ozonated water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while taking in dirt.  best robot vacuum cleaner  is swept away with the side brushes, or swept into the front bumper. The S1 Pro then takes the mop water into its base station, which is then absorbed by the tank's heating elements before being then pumped into a larger storage container. The onboard tank is able to hold a large amount of water and can handle up to half a dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use out of the package as do other robotic vacuums/mops. The S1 Pro needs to be refilled with clean water. This is easily done using the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock should you prefer the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you opt for this option, however, you will have to purchase the Eufy-branded cleaning solution that is more expensive than other robot brands allowing you to choose your preferred brand of cleaning solutions.

Like most robots, the S1 Pro did well in the area of coverage and navigation efficiency. It was fast to map a room, and it was able to navigate around furniture. It sat on carpets with thick piles several times during my tests. However it could be improved by updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that has a lot of functionality at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock’s entry-level vacuum and mop, but it still has several impressive features. Its multifunction dock empties the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, washing and sanitizing the mop pads as they go. The mopping system can be able to clean a large area prior to returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is ideal for removing pet hair and debris on carpets.

The software that runs the appliance is extensive, and provides a variety of options to customize the cleaning process. You can manually initiate the full map and then clean of everything that is mapped by the device or you can select particular rooms, expandable zones or even a schedule you've created. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mops to map out the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

Like the other Roborock models we've examined, the Qrevo is a great performer in our tests. Its navigation system is reliable that can quickly map rooms and cleaning them in a neat fashion. The 'Normal' setting for pathing does an excellent job of covering a room, leaving no major gaps or missing areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system is also quite effective however it's not as advanced as the color camera system found on the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It can spot hazards such as thick carpets however it won't always detect small things like rug tassels, or electrical wires.

The one glaring flaw of this device is the absence of a mop-after-vacuum option which could be an issue for people who are frequently vacuuming before cleaning with their robot. Fortunately, there's a simple workaround: the app includes an option to "clean up" at the end of every vacuuming session. You can make use of the vacuum's mopping functions to remove the dust and dirt that were left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice addition, and it helps the robot to clean up a little bit better than its less expensive competitors.
